Why one supplier

Door manufacturers used to source WPC core, frames, U-shapes, PVC laminate film, edge banding film, and PUR glue from four to seven different suppliers. Lead times never aligned, finishes never matched, and quality calls bounced between vendors. OneWPC was built to put all of that under one roof - with the lab, certifications, and shipping infrastructure that go with it. Same compositional formulation across the BOM. Two halls, six lines, audited annually

Production sits inside two purpose-built halls — extrusion + lamination in one, cutting + packing in the other. Six twin-screw extrusion lines run multi-shift on batch-traceable WPC feedstock.
